I work for a hotel nearby this place and we try to send people there for lower rates as we have newly renovated our rooms, however they end up coming back within an hour saying that any price is better than the smelly, disgusting, and trashy rooms. THey also said that at least they get a polite customer service clerk at the hotel which i work at.

The service was awful, front desk was lazy and not people skill friendly.This Ramada is a disgrace to other Ramadas.Rooms are all outdated. But the management was the problem i ve never felt so invaded and disrespected in my life. Someone put a stop to the guest abuse!!!!!!!!!!!
