For the money we paid we were very dissapointed.Work at it . their is plenty of room for improvement in all areas, lets just leave it at that.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Omni back on June 09, and the only reason we stayed there is because he had to attend a Credit Union Convention. Eventhough the room was paid for there are somethings that guests SHOULD NOT have to pay for.

1. Parking at the hotel
2. Internet service
3. The food you get out of their frig.

It was a very nice room, but if we ever go back to San Antonio, I know we will not be staying at the Hotel.

The entire Riverwalk prices are too high, not just the hotel....every dang thing there.

Clean and friendly staff, throw them a few dollars and tips and they jump thru hoops and bend over backwards for you! I really like the hotel, it is the nicest one on the Riverwalk....I have stayed at them all. I would recommend paying the extra amount to stay here....I also got a free upgrade to the Riverside view! Thanks front desk.

Recently stayed here for a convention, and the service & amenities were by far the best I have experienced in a long time. The room was fantastic, very clean, lots of room. The service was top-notch from the time we arrived right through the checkout. We loved the balcony overlooking the riverwalk too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the San Antonio Riverwalk area.

We had a great time....here is a hint...go to Omni web site and sign up for the free loyalty program.....you'll get a few free extras. The valet is worth it...they were helpful and very nice...minibar and drinks poolside are VERY pricey. Our in room movies didn't work and we didn't get our turn down service the 2nd night....other than that....we had so much fun. I would return....

I had a great time there.

We try to visit La Mansion at least once or twice a year, usually for our anniversary, and always enjoy it. Our stay last week was great as usual and we had a wonderful dinner in Las Canarias of lamb chops and pork tenderloin. The room by the pool was a bit smaller than usual and kids fromspring break were out, so request a different one if quiet is important.

This was a great hotel. The staff was the best i've stayed at in years. The room very clean and very much woth the money overlooking the river walk.The bedding could be a little bit more comfortable but all together great hotel. Very impressed with the staff. I would stay anywhere eles in san antonio.
