I stayed there for a conference. The conference rooms were very nicely set and made it very convenient for our meetings. I liked the hotel restaurants and the staff (most of them at least) were nice and courteous. But this is where all the good things about the hotel ended.
The rooms were small. Bath room was very small with one sink. Bathroom ...

We stayed here for a couple of nights for the proximity to downtown and the JFK museum. This hotel is big and hosts many conventions and events. There was a line during our check-in, we had to wait. That was not a big deal but the front desk was in such a hurry to check everyone in that it felt very impersonal and more like we were in a conveyor ...

Don't bother - not worth it!

I recently stayed here for a bachelorette party and was really disappointed. The hotel looked nice enough, but I did not get my bang for my buck. We needed 1 room the first night and 2 rooms the second. The reservation (with details) was made weeks ahead of time and although there are a gazillion rooms, it was apparently too much to ask that we ...

We were there over the weekend attending a conference. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very busy and it was kept clean. Great service! Will stay there again when visiting the area.
My husband and I spent our second wedding anniversery at the hyatt regency and the service was great from the time we stepped out of our vehicles. A combintion of great service(service people), enviroment, entertainment, convience, and location gave us the best stay ever. Each person acted as if it were thier priority to give us thier best treatment and they all succceded. It is definately a pampering you can get used to.
The rooms were nice, the room service was fast and courteous. The hotel had great views and amenities.
If you're interested in local history, the attached train station has a great walk through with information on famous visitors and the evolution of the landscape.
Awsome service, top notch food. It is amazing how the the restraunt goes around in a circle while u eat. This restraunt is welcome to anyone who is willing to dress nice and have a good time.
The hotel looks like it is right out of a year 2100 futuristic movie. It is truly an amazing building. You walk into the lobby and there in front of you is a huge waterfall, it must be several stories tall. In the lounge little rivers and channels of water flow through around the tables and sections and over to the waterfall. There is an ...

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.
