Just spent five nights at a conference at this hotel. Parking was bad and expensive. House keeping left dirty linens inthe hall on two night. Biggest issue was swimming pool is the size of my back yard pool. Only will hold about 10 people at a time.

Now remember why I do not stay at Hyatt more often.

Will not be back.

Spent 25th anniv. at this hotel...asked for a quiet room. Our room 1715 faced the train station so we heard trains all night.

Upon arrival room temp was 78. Thought it would get cooler when we turned thermostat down. Left for several hours...still at 78. Called maintenance, man came up and fiddled with unit, temp went down but came right ...

Only dislike was shortness of stay! Close to downtown and shopping and public transport. Didn't like paying for valet parking or little parking lot next door.

the beds were comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful.view was very nice.always could find the hotel because of the reunion tower(was helpful on late nights).near all the great attractions also. needs to fix the parking situation though, $8.00 a day for self park and $18.00 for valet is to expensive. other than that it was the best stay i've had.

The hotel was very nice and the people at the front desk were very friendly. Parking however, is a problem...it's $8.00 per day if you park your car yourself and you have to hike up a long sidewalk to get to the entrance. If you valet park..it's $18 for the night! I liked the location of the hotel. There are so many activities outside of the hotel as well as inside the hotel.

The Hyatt Regency was definetly a great stay...I was only there for two nights, but the quality of the rooms and service was very good. I had a great room that over-looked the Dallas skyline and I could walk out of my room and look down at the beautiful hotel centerpiece below with the big star. When I am in Dallas again I will stay at the Regency.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. The staff is great. The food is good. The rotating bar is a great place to hang out and have light appetizers and drinks. Staff was friendly & service was great. Atares Resturant was Awesome, food was delicious, what a view. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, in a hotel. View was beautiful inside & out. Hot shower, needs a bit more water pressure. Parking fees should be based on your stay not hourly, can get a bit expensive. Location was great close to West End, Texas stadium & easy to get to.
