We were able to get a really great price on our stay by shopping around on the internet, and the hotel is really in the middle of everything. Also, we were able to just walk from our room to the reunion tower without ever going outside and had a great time. The staff were all very friendly and when we called for extra towels or to have our car ...

Not impressive for a Hyatt
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/04/06
From the time of check-in to the time of check-out the service was horrible. Not only were we surprised by the poor customer service, but also the clientele that was at the hotel. We were put in a room between two parties of "anime" kids and a group of them above us too. They were loud until about 3am, and when we asked the front desk ...

If you looking for a great family get away try Hyatt Regency Dallas, great service great people friendly, i shall always return and i am sure you will also
This Hotel is got the best location in Dallas. You're within walking distance to the West End and the Arts Distric, also, if you want to get around the city using public transportation, you can get on the DART right accross the street at Union Station. You can also get on a train to Fort Worth at Union Station. It's better than ...
The room was missing soap and shampoo my first night. The bathtub was filled with soap scum. The room was very nice...the bed was luxurious. although I chose this hotel because of proximity to conference center, there is no courtesy van to take you there. The railroad is in front of the hotel so the best advice is to take the train to the ...

A Great place to stay, but you will pay for the extras,
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/27/06
I stayed 2 nights in the Hyatt, and was impressed with the service. If you reserve your room ahead of your trip, check ins are quick and painless. City parking is $10 a day, or you can choose Valet service that the Hyatt offers where your car is in a covered area with security and insured, for $19 a day, Valet is fast and courteous. The Hyatt ...

Good option for Dallas.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/17/06
I stayed for 6 days in this hotel on February 2006. There are good and bad things on this hotel. Firstly the goods: the building is impressive, located in downtown Dallas, within walking distance of many city attractions, with ampious and well furnished public spaces and with many dining and entertaitment options at reasonable prices. Also, the ...

I loved this hotel!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/24/05
The staff was exceptionally accommodating. They allowed me to check in 3 hours early and stay an hour late. They explained to me that some rooms might have some noise concerns because of the train that goes past the hotel. This didn't bother me at all, but another one in my group did complain about it a little. They were also genuinely ...
When I stayed at the Hyatt Regency my room at the absolute greatest view of downtown Dallas. Great rooms with wonderful beds. Located a stones throw from Reunion Tower, Reunion Arena and Dealy Plaza. Short drive to the Deep Elm section of the city. Great valet parking service.
