After a 6 hr drive, we were able to arrive early for check-in, but the front desk clerk (RUDE) said we could not check-in until 2 hrs later. So, we had to wait and there was not restroom in lobby. She was not a good tourist guide because she didn't know how to give directions or knew where anything was. Had to drive around and ask. Not enough ...

This is Austin's place to find "anything" you need. Hookers and dealers are only a parking lot away. And if thats not enough, the hotel staff can make you feel like an idiot when you call about the constant loud music, cars honking, and steady flow of people hanging outside their rooms. This place is a dump!

Dislikes:
-First room had a broken toilet.
-Second room had an air conditioner that worked but was torn apart.
-The vending machines were almost empty and only had diet soda as an option.
-The lady who was at the reception desk when we check out was very rude and went out of her way to (NOT be helpful).
