There has never been anything to dislike about this Hotel. Rocky and Laheta are wonderful people and so kind and friendly. We have stayed there twice now and are going back the end of September. But it's sad to see Laheta leaving, she will be missed. We are close to downtown and surrounding areas and we love the lounge later at night to listen ...

Hey I love this place. The staff (especially Raj) are great, the rooms are very clean and updated. The best part of all is that it is soooo close to all downtown attractions such as Broadway, Gaylord Convention Center, and many other places. I have stayed at this Hotel many, many times over the past couple of years and am disappointed if it is booked when I am heading to Nashville!

The service was perfect. At first we got a room with a bit of noise in the AC. After that we got the suite for the rest of our stay. The staff was wery helpful and so was the nice and smiling cleaning lady. We`ll be back.

Service was good. Location was great. It was actually within walking distance of downtown.There was several places to eat within walking distance. We would stay there next year when we return for the CMA Music Festival.

Hotel was well maintained. It shows a little wear here and there, but was clean and everything in the room worked. Frig, microwave, iron , hair dryer, TV. Bathroom was clean and a decent size.

Front desk employees help were very helpful and friendly. Raj (did not get last name) was very good and seemed to really enjoy helping us and answering any questions we had.


Will stay here again on next trip to Nashville.

It was an interesting place to stay and pretty cheap. It was my first trip to Nashville for DukesFest 2006 and I stayed here because of location and cost...If youre not going to be in the room all day then its a great place to stay...All of the staff was foregin so it made understanding everyone hard and the room smelled a little odd but the staff was helpful and always smiling. I'd stay there again and be happy with it.

This motel has a lounge where acts come to polish up before going to Music Row, and it is fun to watch. The rooms were comfortable and the price was good. Almost walking distance to Vanderbilt and Music Row.

We have stayed here 4 times now when visiting Vanderbilt hosp,awesome help,clean rooms,made me felt welcome,all i had to do is ask for something and it was there,they went out of there way to help

Before Staying at this Best Western check out the other BW's on the outskirts of town. The walls are paper thin, and the beds are rock solid (not the good kind either). If you are inclined to stay here make doubly sure you do not get the 2nd floor. They have a "Hall of Fame" Lounge for Karaoke etc. and you can hear it through the ...
