Me, my fiance, her nephew and my mom stayed here. we had 2 rooms, one for me, my fiance, and her nephew and one for my mom. Both rooms very clean, staff was great, not far from downtown which was great since we were in town for a concert, and it wasn't in a bad neighborhood. Just a little hard to find but other than that this was a very nice place to stay. Will defintly stay here again sometime and would defintly recomend it.

The staff was very friendly and eager to assist. The room was large with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and hairdryer. Very clean from the lobby to the rooms. Free internet made it possible to keep in touch with our kids and rub it in about the great time we were having. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Ask for the manager's special and you won't be disappointed. Thanks for a great stay.

The manager and staff are liers, about the location and what is around this
motel. If you want to stay at Best Western go to the one on Union St. Cleaner and cheaper.

There has never been anything to dislike about this Hotel. Rocky and Laheta are wonderful people and so kind and friendly. We have stayed there twice now and are going back the end of September. But it's sad to see Laheta leaving, she will be missed. We are close to downtown and surrounding areas and we love the lounge later at night to listen ...

Hey I love this place. The staff (especially Raj) are great, the rooms are very clean and updated. The best part of all is that it is soooo close to all downtown attractions such as Broadway, Gaylord Convention Center, and many other places. I have stayed at this Hotel many, many times over the past couple of years and am disappointed if it is booked when I am heading to Nashville!

The service was perfect. At first we got a room with a bit of noise in the AC. After that we got the suite for the rest of our stay. The staff was wery helpful and so was the nice and smiling cleaning lady. We`ll be back.

Service was good. Location was great. It was actually within walking distance of downtown.There was several places to eat within walking distance. We would stay there next year when we return for the CMA Music Festival.

Hotel was well maintained. It shows a little wear here and there, but was clean and everything in the room worked. Frig, microwave, iron , hair dryer, TV. Bathroom was clean and a decent size.

Front desk employees help were very helpful and friendly. Raj (did not get last name) was very good and seemed to really enjoy helping us and answering any questions we had.


Will stay here again on next trip to Nashville.

It was an interesting place to stay and pretty cheap. It was my first trip to Nashville for DukesFest 2006 and I stayed here because of location and cost...If youre not going to be in the room all day then its a great place to stay...All of the staff was foregin so it made understanding everyone hard and the room smelled a little odd but the staff was helpful and always smiling. I'd stay there again and be happy with it.
