Do not stay at this motel!!! The service was horrible. Their shuttle did not pick us up at the airport. When we questioned them about this, they said the shuttle service was not offered because it was on a 2 hour break. The girl behind the desk was always on her cell phone when you would talk to her and she never said more than three words to ...

We tolerated the place for one night, but couldn't wait to leave. The building is falling apart, the room was dusty and smelly and had mold growing on the ceiling. The desk clerk seemed rude and looked annoyed when we asked her to call us a taxi. I felt unsafe due to the poor condition and location of the building and will never stay there again.

Do not stay at this hotel. Our car was broken in to and badly damaged by the criminals. We heard that there was another car broken into the same night and with worse damage. We thought it was a good deal, but not worth the neighborhood or room. We had to switch rooms from the first, because someone had left a surprise in the toilet and the plumbing ...

The place is a DIVE!!!!! Stay as far away as possible. Went for the weekend and wouldn't even spend one night there. Our husbands were even afraid to stay there.

We really tried to tolerate this Motel due to it's low price but after two hours couldn't stand it anymore and checked out.

I really wished I'd come off the couple extra bucks to stay someplace nicer. This place was NOT downtown though it is just off I-55 and you can access downtown in a few minutes drive. I liked the EXIT sign! Don't recommend the hotel shuttle. Maybe if you are by yourself($4 dollars a person) but if you have a group its cheeper to take a cab ($7.00 one way to beale st.). Pool was dirty and the room smelled! Yes its in an industrial area.

I stayed at this motel and although it was good value it's in the middle of an industrial area,there are no buses nearby and I had to walk on the interstate and then up South Main St through some very dodgy areas before I got to the Amtrak depot and caught the Memphis Trolley near the Arcade Cafe to take me to downtown. OK if you have a car or can grab a lift to downtown or you enjoy walking thru derelict areas.
