Nice room, staff was very nice, however the bed was a let down - we were expecting plush beds - they were hard as rocks

This was going to be a nice vacation except for the fact that they would play there ballroom music extremely loud and all the way up to midnight. All we wanted to do is come to a nice hotel and RELAX and GO TO SLEEP. We let the staff know but they were intimidated not to tell the ones holding the party to turn it down.

The room was nice, however my toilet would not flush. The front desk stated that no more rooms were available. I called corporate and a room magically appeared. Liar - Liar.

Even with reservations, the hotel overbooked, the staff called the mother of the bride a liar with the family members from Alaska, South Dakota, Pennsylvania, and Maryland standing in the lobby waiting for their rooms. The staff consistanly stated there were no rooms available. Then with the manager on the phone, they magically found 2 rooms that ...

It is very clean and all workers are extremely nice. Service is just great. The desk receptionj is just very good. It is just a nice place to stay. Thank God.

Hotel is nice. Nothing spectacular. The room we stayed in was okey. Atleast it looks clean. The bathroom looked clean. I think the decor needs updating.

One good thing about the place, it is a convenient place to stay because of its proximity to shopping and restaurants.

It beats staying at a motel.
