Hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were fine. Locations is out of the way. It's about a ten minute walk from the hotel to the edge of downtown. The hotel is surrounded by state office buildings. I also noticed that almost all of the other downtown hotels (which actually ARE downtown) had complimentary airport shuttle service. If I were to go back to Providence, I'd stay at a hotel in a more convenient location.
