Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, our room was finally available at 5pm. I was also DOUBLE CHARGED on my credit card for a one night stay!!! Beautiful lobby, yes. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Everything at this hotel was wonderful the staff the food the atmoshpere it was all awsome!! we cant wait to go back!!! Lauren that worked at the front desk was very helpful and upgraded us because we told her it was our first time and we were very excited. They pay close attention to detail and it is ery helpful to sign up for their select guest program...free coffee!!

It was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The atmosphere was outstanding. Beautifully decorated. And so close to where we needed to go. The staff was so helpful. Our room was so beautiful. And the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in. It was a treat and a pleasure to spend my 40th birthday in such a luxurious hotel.

I found my experience to be a very pleasant one;
The staff was extremely courteous and professional. The accomodations were suoerior and the service, over all, was beyond question.
