Terrible serviceAfter trying for over a month to speak to a manager at this facility, I still had not gotten a response. When another employee called to relay the manager's message to me, she was the worst. We'll Never Stay There AGAINThis Holiday Inn gives HI a bad name, and I'm not sure I'll ever stay at another one. First, the employees do need some guest management training, as gossip seems to be their primary concern. Guests do not get proper attention. And the staff is LOUD. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotelI am not one to complain about small issues, but when a hotel is unclean and makes no effort to rectify the issue, then you have a problem. Mold and mildew is in abundant supply in the bathrooms. The shower curtain was more black than beige. There were several different hairs throughout the bathroom - gross! NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENTDURING MY STAY I WAS GREETED BY A NICE CREW AT THE FRONT DESK, BUT THAT WAS IT. NEVER AGAINTHIS PLACE IS ALWAYS DIRTY.
THE ROOMS FREQUENTLY CONTAIN HAIR, BUGS & GARBAGE.
THE AIR QUALITY IS POOR.
NO WAY TO ACCESS FRESH AIR FROM THE ROOMS.
TRAFFIC FLOW IS CUMBERSOME.
I'D RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR.

Excellent expierenceThis is probably the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in a long time. Most of them have some funky smells or water marks on the walls or the sheets look a hundred years old. NOT this one- the cleaning staff take care of everything including refilling the little coffee pot in the room. They are excellent!! The people at the desk are courteous ...3 of 4 Yahoo! there was bugs in the beds, really dirty carpets, really dirty hallways, food left in the hallways for days!!! the pool and jacuzzi were brown and nasty! the main hallways were deceiving, when u get to the halls with the hotel rooms, it was A DUMP!!! the only good thing was the halls to the conv. rooms and lobby, and the pool AREA was pretty nice.
