All the staff that I ran into treated me like gold. Everyone made me feel special and like I mattered. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a good selection. This specific property is located close to the airport and they have their own shuttle service to and from the airport which is convenient.

Staff was rather blunt, cold, and not very friendly. The curtains/blinds would not close or cover the entire window. There was residue in the tub, looked like soap scum. The bed was not completely made, the corners were not tucked and left hanging on 1 side of the bed, the middle drawer of the desk was left pulled out, and a dirty coffee cup greeted us upon entering the room. I would not recommend this hotel to friends.

I liked almost everything about this hotel, except, there is NO refridge in room it is a extra $10 charge for it. The housekeepers didn't leave the breakfast order form in my room after the first day I ordered, I stayed there for 2 weeks for training for my job and after the first couple days they recognized me and were much friednlier. The food in the hotel returant could have had more choices.

Great location, great service, food is pretty good, great for the money and room was very clean! I recommend staying here to anyone. The food came a little slow though.

The hotel was fine except when we left the next morning I left 2 partials sitting on the dresser(value $2100). When I checked back the maid said she didn't see them. My own fault, but I sure wish they had not thrown them away.
