I was a guest of someone staying for a conference held a week ago. I am a Tour agent and is always obseving the staffing of a property. I must commend you on the curtsey displayed from the gift shops to the rooms. Great dining staff, the shuttle sevice (drivers)are remarkable. I planned to return soon with friends.

Spent one night at the Hershey Lodge for Hershey Park in the Dark (Halloween). The room was old, not well cleaned, and smelled musty. We booked through Yahoo (Travelocity) and saved $50 over the Hershey web site, but wish we stayed somewhere else.

I thought staying in a hersey property would add to our hersey experience. WRONG. Nothing about this property made you think you were anywhere other than a run of the mill hotel. None of the activities were what they were hyped to be. The dive in movie consisted of a small screen on the side of the pool that showed the little mermaid. This property is hard to find, not near herseypark. Save your cash and stay somewhere else.
