I had no complaints with the room and the staff was very friendly. I can not imagine that a room would have dirty sheets.

The sheets in Suite 154 had not been changed on the bed. The hairs from previous occupant(s) were all over the bottom sheet. There were numerous spots of blood as if the person(s) had been bitten, possibly by bed bugs. The suite overall did not smell clean.

There was no phone service in my room. When staffed asked, NO ONE could do anything. Not a safe place to stay without phone service. Walls paperthin - too much noise. Promotes exercise room, room filled with storage items. Faucets in bathroom leaked all night.

Upon check-in, the rooms were humid & dirty! It was so damp in the room; you sat on the bed and immediately felt the moisture on the back of your pant legs. I came to stay here to see my husband graduate from Boot Camp at Fort Sill. The rates were pretty good and the staff friendly. They could have been a bit cleaner, but the rooms weren't bad at all, and the beds very comfy. The pool/deck area was nice as well, but it was a downside that their laundrymat was broken while I was there, but I managed.

Our room was old and very dirty. The bathroom had black hairs in the tub and all over the vanity. We had to clean the bathrooms ourselves. The carpet and walls were dirty. Our room was hot. Everyone in our group of about 10 rooms had similar complaints. And everyone had a different room rate for the same number of people with the same kinds of rooms.

I chose the Ramada because it appeared to be the closest motel to Ft. Sill and because I've had good experiences, previously, at Ramadas. This, however, was not one of them.
