You hear three strikes and you are out - they are out! Management was rude, housekeeping never showed up, room was dirty. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Upon check in the toilet was broken. I checked to see if the sofa in the room was a bed, yep it was, but I had to have housekeeping remove the dirty socks that were under the cuishions. We chose the Doubletree, because it is one block from the Schuster Performance Center. Free shuttle from airport w/ only 20 minute wait. Very helpful staff. High speed internet access did not work despite numerous attempts by service staff to fix. On the second night I returned from dinner to find my dresser full of ants. I was moved to another room in fact upgraded to a suite where the internet access actually worked.

The rooms are fairly nice, but not up to par with other Doubletrees I have stayed in. The staff are not concerned at all with making you happy, or even reserving rooms as requested. The managers are no help either. I think the only reason they are in business is because there aren't very many options in Dayton.
