New Ownership has made changes

This hotel is getting better. They have made definite changes from service to cleanliness to food in the restaurant.

Certainly in need of some work... but the new owners are working towards that.

Terrific Hotel

For an older hotel, the cleanliness and service was wonderful.
The free breakfast is great. The prices are very reasonable. The staff makes you feel welcome. We will definetly use this hotel again.

I have had better service from a highway patrolman giving me a ticket then I got from this day manager and motel manager. If all BW's were like this I would never stay in another one and I travel almost 200 nights a year. I felt sorry for the front desk clerk as she tried to apologize for the managers.

Plus the motel rooms were noisy and the motel was old and smelled old. Wouldn't stay there again if I had to sleep in the car.

I WAS SCREWED OVER

I called 3 weeks prior to my trip and made reservations, I told the lady i spoke to that i needed 2 conecting rooms with a couch, we check in get our rooms and when i go in neither room have a couch, so i go back and tell her she gives us a new room, go in and niehter of those have a couch! I called 3 WEEKS before and she said everything was fine, ...
