Room had superior linens, towels and toiletries. Excellent room service meals. Was amazed at negative reviews. Unfortunately I travel extensively and stay in many hotels. Front desk and shuttle drivers were very nice and personable. However, the room is so small you cannot move around freely without moving furniture.
