Room was clean, no problem. Desk staff were nice. Breakfast was really bizarre--very poor. Great selection of items, but ALL the hot items were not heated--literally completely cold bacon, eggs, potatoes, etc. Cereals and beverages were okay, but I was very disappointed two days in a row!

I'm excited to return to this hotel every year because of the friendly,prompt,and polite service i recieve each stay.The room is clean,quiet and comfortable.The breakfast is wonderfully pleasing.The location is convient to all shopping areas.The cost is reasonable for those of us on fixed income.Thank you for your service.

We loved the complimentary hot breakfast each morning and ladies were most helpfull! The rooms was clean and had all the amenities anybody would need in a hotel room micro, iron & ironing board, ref, highspeed it was just great! The food and live entertainment in the restruant was lovely as well. This is a great hotel for anybody coming to Greenville, NC.
