The first time our family came to this place, we couldn't believe there were still treasures like this in the Smokies.

Do not waste your money.

The food service is terrible. Rooms are very small, dark and the housekeeping is non-existent. Tub and toliet were not cleaned daily, and by the end of our stay, there was a nice ring in the bathtub. Very disappointing. The only nice thing was the location. Management better step up, or this place will not have any repeat business.
