It seems like they are working to improve the place. But even the re-modeled rooms comes with no blanket and no coffee pot. Sheets and bedspread only, and a 3 hour wait for a thin skanky blanket.
On the plus side, they rent rooms in 3 and 6 hour increments. So if we ever want to save a little, we can just check in for a quick 6 hour nap.

During my visit, the motel was under construction (they started working at 6 in the morning, which was not an issue for me, but for those late-sleepers it could be irritating). I happened to stay in both an older room and a remodelled room during my 2-day stay. The remodelled room was a HUGE step up in all dimensions compared to the older rooms ...
