    I love this place! It is not fancy but I love the feel of the rooms in the Gingerbread House. The rooms are small but ithat is part of the charm. I never want to leave Greenport or the Towsend

    The overall ambiance of Townsend Manor Inn is one of pristine beauty. Located at the heart of the quaint fishing village of Greenport at the end of Long Island it is a perfect location for all occasions.

  • It was shocking

    We could not believe what we saw when we arrived. Pretty setting and some charm but don't be mislead, the accommodations were surprizingly run down! It could use a make over.

    The place was an absolute dump.

    We stayed in the cottages and the room was so
    small it was unreal. The bathroom faucets and shower bar were rusted. One of the window blinds was broken. There was no light in the closet so I could not see what I was doing when I tried to unpack my clothes. The pool was dirty, there was garbage and a cigar on ...

  • AA++ TOWNSEND MANOR INN

    I have never stayed at the Inn only the marina. It was my favorite spot last summer .(Now that I've let the cat out of the bag.... I hope that I get a spot!! :-) The location is ideal, as is, the pool the laundry room and the bathrooms. My kids were happy to spend the entire day at the pool. I have just booked all of August and looking forward to it. Pray for sun!!
