We stayed Fallsview for 2 nights. We chose Best Western cuz they were the most dog friendly as they have an on site kennel and/or leave dog alone in room. It was nice & clean which as most important & walking distance to the casino & the Falls. Friendly service. We were right beside the 24hr mini mart. It would have been better if there was an in room safe & fridge but that's ok, lots of restaurants near by.

We visited the Best Western in August.The location of the hotel was perfect; it was very close to Downtown and to the Falls. However, the service was very bad. When we arrived to the hotel, the lady at the front counter was not very nice and she did not welocme us pleasently. Also, there was only one waitress in the restaurent that talked to us ...

Very good location if you want to go to Niagara falls.

Not Clean. We have seen bugs in the room roaming around and toilet is running all the time and bath room is all wet before the next person is in. For breakfast they have the system of ticket. I was really wondering why do they need it. Should not they provide the breakfast for all the people staying overnight there? Thats annoying to have to present the ticket for breakfast.
