On three different visits to Park Central I found the location to be great, the rooms adequate in size and cleanliness, the service was good and the staff friendly. I highly recommend it for the cost.

They outsource their luggage holding services. My company sent quite a few parcels for our conferences and we were charged US$4 per parcel (this has never happened at other establishments). This was not broughtforth to us at the point of reservations. Also, they will charge you a luggage holding fee per day per piece. Good Luck, will never ever stay again.

This hotel will charge you a night's stay even if you cancel your reservation well in advance of their 24-hour policy posted on the website. They sent me a cancellation confirmation by email, and if I had not kept it, there would be no way to prove I didn't stay there or cancelled in enough time. We called when the charge for one ...

The rooms were really small and the only view I had was into someone elses room. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone else. It's really close to CP, which I love in the spring; the hotel service was horrible.

They added an extra charge on my fiancee's bill and took forever to get it off. You can find a better hotel for the same price in the city.

Poor customer service. The room was not ready at the assigned time (4:00 pm), we were with several other travelers in the lobby.

When we arrived to our assigned room it was occupied. We went back to reception and were assigned a new room and the keys did not work.

11/2006 Room was average but clean for what we paid but then again this is NYC. Room service was great. TV's should be updated(HDTV/Plasma),restroom had no exhaust YUK!!!!, you can hear police sirens from the location of our room. Bring your Ipod or ear muffs in order to silence the outside noise if you are a light sleeper:). Very good ...

Like some other reviewers, I found the service to be very poor and the room to be dirty. Stay away from this place. After one night I switched to another hotel for much less and better service/clean room
