STAY AWAYHotel was DISGUSTING. Mold everywhere, in the bathroom and on the curtains. Best part is my girlfriend sent me a fruit basket with specific instructions to leave it in my room and when I got in at 1am after working for 17 hours straight, I had to go down to the lobby to get it and they charged me 4 dollars!! I have never had a worse experience in a hotelEverything about the Park Central hotel was awful. The valet parking is a mess, no one knows what they are doing. The people at the check-in desk could not be MORE rude. They act like you are disturbing them when you want to do things like check-in & check-out. Also, it smelled in our room and wasn't very clean. Probably Won't Go BackI liked the excellent customer service the hotel staff provided, I also liked the location of the hotel and the hotel was very clean. I did not like the $100.00 Incidental fee that the hotel failed to tell me about. There is not an option of air conditioning, unless the tempeture rises above a certain degree outside. Awful serviceI've stayed at the Park Central a number of times. The rooms are comfortable and the location is great. But the service is always rude and unaccommodating and it seems to be getting worse. This last time, the front desk staff was so rude that after a while my teenage daughter refused to even call the front desk for anything.4 of 4 Yahoo! Excellent HotelI have just recently been there and did not experience any problems even though I booked through Orbitz. I had no trouble at the check-in, had a big corner room facing 7th Ave and 57th street with 3 huge windows. The only noise came from the streets of New York. worst experience ever at a hotelLets start with the good things. Location, great. Steps from central park, columbus circle, time square, and the subway is five steps from the door. The concierge staff is really nice and helpful, so does Lina at the front desk, sweetest girl, always a smile on her face and willingness to help in anything we needed.

NEVER WILL GO AGAIN.This is the WORSE hotel ever. I went on a business trip, and I got there. THey didnt have my room ready for me, I got ready in there bathroom that mind you was the size of my luggage. The staff there is very rude, and can barley understand english. Hidden Charges involved at this establishmentThey outsource their luggage holding services. My company sent quite a few parcels for our conferences and we were charged US$4 per parcel (this has never happened at other establishments). This was not broughtforth to us at the point of reservations. Also, they will charge you a luggage holding fee per day per piece. Good Luck, will never ever stay again.4 of 4 Yahoo!
