The only thing we liked was the location! I could not believe the room!Tiny! Dirty! Noise from the street ! T.V. did not work. We complained and were moved to the concierge floor. Room was cleaner and larger but the noise from the street could still be heard. SIRENS !ALL NIGHT LONG ! Stay elsewhere unless they paint , replaster and do a good job at renovating.

Other than location this hotels offers very little. We will not stay there again.
The front desk staff was consistently rude and unhelpful with the exceptions far and few between. The concierge, maintenance and cleaners are more friendly and helpful.

I've stayed at the Park Central a number of times. The rooms are comfortable and the location is great. But the service is always rude and unaccommodating and it seems to be getting worse. This last time, the front desk staff was so rude that after a while my teenage daughter refused to even call the front desk for anything.

Elevators did not accommodate guests coming down, long waits. The free breakfast is a joke, there are 30+ minutes lines in the lobby each morning. Also, they charged us to store bags on our checkout day.
