AMAZING!It is an excellant hotel! I have been there 7 times and nothing has ever gone wrong. It is a great location, with central Park just a few blocks away, it makes it much easier to do many things in the short time we have had on several trips. Family CentralMy family stayed at the Park Central Hotel and we were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and we really enjoyed being close to Central Park.

LOVED IT!We spent six nights at this hotel and we're looking forward to returning. We had read a few negative reviews and were worried, but found that they were unwarrented. Service was great, the room size was much larger than expected and the location is WONDERFUL. Exceptional NYC ValueThis retro hotel is very inviting with friendly, prompt service. The rooms are a little small, but not out of line from other properties I've stayed at in NYC.

This is the place to stay!My family of three wen't to NYC 9/8/06 - 9/12/06, and stayed at the Park Central Hotel. It was very nice and very clean. There was a Starbucks next door, which made me very happy. You can't get a better location. We walked everywhere. Central Park is lovely and I had no idea how large it was. Great Place to stayWhen you walkinto the funky modrn lobby, with it black marble floors and dark rich wood, you will think you made reservations at a 5 star hotel. The rooms are normal new york size but with a huge restroom. I never got to eat there breakfast since i was there for business but i heard it was good. The concierge was so helpful and nice. they call it a park viewthe lobby was tacky and dirty. the staff was quite helpful. rooms i thought were bad and needed to be renivated and the view was a like a big alley. you could see into other peoples rooms. on the roof of the alley people have thrown stuff like underwear which wasnt a very pleasent site to be looking out at. the gym was ok not very big and not much ...You did not find this review helpful.0 of 1 Yahoo! I stay here every trip!I love the Park Central. I stay at this hotel everytime I go to NYC. The hotel is perfectly situated in between Times Square and Central Park and the subway line is right outside the hotel door. Not to mention the Macy's parade route is only 1/2 block away and the world famous Carnegie Deli is less than a block and 1/2 away.
