Never again!Several guidebooks mentioned the Pickwick Arms as a great budget hotel, so we decided to give it a try. We ended up being sorely disappointed. VERY small, but good locationBe prepared for TINY quarters. Booked a double bed and got 2 singles shoved together in a room no bigger than the bed. Small sink behind the door and closet not big enough for our luggage. Sheets had not been changed. Could touch the walls with arms outstretched. Went for cheap and that's what we got. What a Deal!!I was in Manhattan for 4 days and I got the deal of a lifetime. The hotel was more than I expected, what a deal. I got a clean and tidy room with all I needed for the little time I spent in the room, after all I did not go to New York to sleep.
