The staff was nice and helpful. The room was very clean. The pool was really great. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was good.

Stayed here on our trip to Niagra Falls. Great location, several malls and sites nearby. Got a great deal on the price. Hotel is a bit worn, butnot shabby. I found this place DIRTY, and the service was hoppible!! I was not Pleased. For the $$ that we spent we would have had a better experience camping!!

Arrived at 2:30 and had to wait to check in. Would have been ok if bar was open. I thought it was poor judgement to have a late check and no where to wait besides the lobby.

Everyone is very attentive and kind. The rooms, pool area, and restaurant are always very clean. Staff is very helpful with anything. Room service is very prompt.
