spend weekend there last year and we are coming back again in may.everything was great;room, pool, food, drinks....bathrooms needs more cleaning, but it's ok.you are not sleeping on a bathroom floor. going to the bathroom always can put something on your feet. Right? anyway we had great time there. thank you .

The place seemed very run down and dirty. Our room was across from the laundry and it was noisy and the bathroom run down and dirty.

We couldn't find a luggage cart to carry our bags.

The beds were comfortable.

Location made it easy to get to everything this area has to offer. Restaurant had great food & staff-chef Michael's cafe steaks were tasty & tender:week-end breakfast buffet with fresh fruit was fantastic! Never ran out of warm water,had view of falls from room and pillows were soo comfortable.they handled the big groups well.

i dislike nothing and liked everything.
the playground was the best. it was so much fun. the workers were friendly. food was fantasic.the best place to go.

The service at this hotel was the worst I have ever experienced. I would not recommend to an enemy. The doors would not open correctly. The hallways where a mess. The food and service where below expectations. I travel on business regularly and have not had an experience that bad at any other hotel in the country
