This hotel is one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed in. They charge you $6.50 for parking and the fire alarm is always going off in the middle of the night and usually in the midnight hours. I see here that a lot of people have had this experience as well. Is this place haunted or something? How can the fire alarm go off every time ...
I stayed at the Mark Tree the weekend of August 11 06 Itwas a disaster! We checked in to a front desk area that was sterile and cold. The Huge counter was manned by a trainee who was not up to the task. The room was nice enough, but it was overlooking some elevated highway and the parking garage! With the vent window open you heard the droning of ...

I think that the hotel could use some updating (but many hotels could), but the staff was great. They helped us find places to eat and things to do. Buffalo is actually a cool city.

Had a great time!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/11/06
My family and I stayed at the Adam's Mark last month and had a wonderful stay. They have a great lobby area and pool. The rooms are large and comfortable. The front desk said that they even has suites with spiral stair cases and saunas. I would love to stay at the Adam's Mark again when we visit Buffalo in the future.
I stayed at this hotel recently and thought it was nice. It's decor is a bit outdated, but it is clean and the staff is nice. It is a little bit out of the way of main downtown attractions, but it very close to the bridge to the US.

very bad experience with a receptionist
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/30/06
We had a very bad experience with a receptionist who was very unfriendly and rude and did not help us at all when we complained that we did not receive the hotel package which we were supposed to receive. She insisted that we had received room service which was not true and wanted us to pay for something we did not get. We were lucky that the manager was very helpful and nice and helped us and in the end we paid for what we actually received.

GREAT
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/21/06
The hotel is in a great location, and sets the tone for great service, price and amenaties. Everyone I came in contact with was outstanding. No need for beverage but room service was on time, cooked correctly and tray picked up pronto when I called for pick up. I will say again and recommend to others.

We stayed at the Adam's Mark hotel for a conference in June 2006. The service was terrible, the hotel was old and not updated my room had curtains falling off the windows and burn holes in the carpeting. The front desk staff were unprofessional. The escalator was broken and we were forced to use a small elevator to reach our conference ...
I stayed at this hotel while attending the worlds largest disco. There was no ICE on any floors. While staying the fire alarm went off but we were not informed. I went out of my room and saw a flashing red light. As i went to use the elevator low and behold it didnt work. When I called the front desk they informed me that there was a fire alarm ...
The room was not clean, air conditionor was bad. most importantly, the rude front office staff ruined our precious holiday mood. Will never recommend to anybody.
