Folks at the front desk were nice, rates were good, restaurant awesome, views from the back upper rooms were great. BUT and this is a BIG BUT if you park in the back there is no security and the back of this hotel is in a bad part of town for car safety, not yours. Some real pros broke into my car and stole my stereo. There is a sign that says they are not responsible so oh well. Park in front and walk the long hallway to the back.

Our room was clean but front desk staff was very unhelpful and not friendly. The breakfast is at the adjoining restuarant and when we were there we encountered the one and only waitress creating a scene with a customer. If my husband or I would have been this lady we would have walked out. We did not stay here on our return trip back through the area.

Just got back from our trip. It is well worth the price. The Plaza Cafe is within Quality Inn, so if you missed dessert earlier after eating at the Plaza Cafe at the Main Plaza off near all the tourist stores you can step out and enjoy their delicious sopapillas or coconut cream pie that evening in your room. This place should be holiday inn or something better... it has everyting you just need.. great breakfast, workout room, pool, computers with a great rate. Also has restaurant Plaza cafe & lounge.

This is obviously an older hotel which is no problem - but our room was a fright. The TV picture was awful (the problem was the set not the reception), the shower pull on the tub was broken, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, the stairwell was dark and the carpet on the stairs in disrepair and the security door from the parking area to the ...

The staff at this hotel is very unfriendly. We were awakened each of the three nights that we were there by the guests in the next room. Their children were screaming and playing outside from midnight to three in the morning. The parents were screaming at each other and the kids. Management did nothing despite a complete satisfaction guarantee. I would never go to this hotel again.

The room was filthy. The carper was as bad as I have ever seen in any hotel. Scheduled for two nights, left after one and checked into the La Quinta down the street.

This is a regular Quality Inn.... nothing special. Nothing bad really, just nothing special. I don't see why it's rated #4 in Santa Fe? It's location is " budget" oriented off Cerrillos Rd (next to several other chain budget motels). Rooms look like any other Quality Inn- whether in Des Moines Iowa or Tyler Texas.
