I was stuck in Newark overnight whem my flight was cancelled. This motel was horrible, dirty, filthy... I can't say enough bad things about it. I wouldn't even sit on the tiolet and I slept fully clothed because I didn't want to lie on the bed sheets. Do not stay there if you can avoid it.

The hotel was clean, the staff very attentive. The bad reviews should not scare you away. They appear to be written by the same person; who has some sort of agenda.
I am looking foward to my next stay.

This place is a real gem. The staff treats you like family, rooms are newly renovated, and prices are reasonable.

We needed a ride to the train when we were checking out. The property owner was right there and took us, personally, to the train. Now that's service!!!

Like other unfortunate people I arrived here late at night due to my original hotel being over booked & no alternatives being available.

It was dirty and unsafe. I was charged $119.00 for one night and 5 dollars cash for my room card and remote. Hookers were knocking on my door at all hours of the night, there was two 24 hour porn channels, houseflies in the room, hairs in the sink, stains in the tub, the room smelled like cigarettes and the bed did not even have a fitted bottom ...

when i was there with my family,(not a planned stay), we arrived about 10:00pm and within 10 minuets what appeared to be a hooker knocked at my door, she saw that i was with my wife and 2 children she said "i'm sorry i must have the wrong room", how she had mixed my room up with another baffles me, i was in a room that was at the end of a walkway, i would never go there again.

I usually stay at a more expensive hotel for a shorter stay when I return home. For the money, the Swan was better. It's easy to get to and not far from 2 malls, New York and the airport.
