For many years (around 7) we have been going to Wildwood, and we havn't stayed in any hotel besides the Pan American. The entire staff is friendly, and very accomidating. If you have any questions they are always happy to answer. They will also book the same room for you the next year so that when you go back, it feels like your just returning ...

The service was out standing, staff made you feel like you were family, the room were great and I did not even miss my own bed.
The pool was alway clean and ready for you to get in.Just wished the pool hours were longer!! cause at night when you get back from the broadwalk you sometimes want to get in.

But we will still always stay at the best.

This place was awesome I went their multiple times with my family. The Pan American was cheap and great when it came to excellent standards. This hotel was kind of fair from the boardwalk though and there was no good was to get back to the hotel late and night when my mother was in pain from her back which made me mad but otherwise it was a great place to stay but need to help out with the people that are staying that like to go out to the beach.

Hotel is a gloried Frat House.. Drunken Partiers all around. Extremely noisy!!!

Complained once to management and we were actually blamed for not complaining more! Management seemed more happy to please drunken partiers and noise makers than families and long time guests. Would NEVER stay here again...Room was supposed to have been recently renovated but refrig didnt close and screen to deck broken.

The staff at the hotel are so friendly and treat you like family every year that you return. They remember you, most of the time by name, and make you feel like you are important to them. Started going there at least 30 years ago and have enjoyed it almost every year since. Just an all around great place.
