Unprofessional stuff, they cheated us with the price on phone as much as twice and gave us a smelly room! Would never ever recommend to anyone. All the high star ratings are written by the staff.

This was not a good experience for me and my fiance to spend our engagement. The front desk was not professial. The hallway had a fowl smell. The staff had their kids running around in the lobby. The breakfast was not Fresh either. My room smelled like urine. I wouldn't recommend this hotel on my worst enemy. Then don't talk about the ...

Don't go there
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/31/07
This place is awful! The hallway has a horrible smell and the cable can never work right. You can easily smell the Indian food from your room, which is disguisting. The staff are arrogant and rude. The male Indian staff kept staring at everyone in a very weird way. There was a long line waiting to talk to the front desk, but the Indian woman ...

nightmare in new jersey
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/15/07
the location is good, as long as you can handle the public transportation. the palace claims there is a shuttle, but good luck trying to arrange to get to new york on it. also the front desk staff are rude and unhelpful, one even refused to give me a map, even tho she had maps of the route to the public bus.the staff members also like to argue and ...
I've stayed at this hotel twice and each time was totally fine. The proximity to NYC is great especially for the price. The shuttle thru lincoln tunnel is in short walking distance and the room was clean, comfortable, and a great continental breakfast. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction going on outside on the 1 & 9 during my ...

Stay Away
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/14/06
Smell, Dirty, would not put my mother-inlaw there. The other positive reviews are /most likely from a paid source. If you do not mind rodents in the parking lot, stained bedding, bugs that come home with you, musty/moldy bathrooms then this is the place for you. The pool has been empty for years. Spend the extra $20 stay elswhere.

Good Hotel for Reasonable Price
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/02/06
The hotel is close enough to NYC to make it a smart stay to avoid high New York prices. The room was clean and large for the price we paid.
