Firstly, the bathroom was FULL OF MOLD, secondly, we got the "bridal suite", most expensive in the house. It was dirty, smelly, they gave us a $6.99 bottle of wine that sucked. Our beds had not been changed. The manager said that it was probably an over night stay that had been overlooke. But everything else had been cleaned. We were moved to another room. The sink had black mold in it around the rim and gunk around the faucet handles. The bathrooms in the pool area were horrible.
The food was good and the people were nice to deal with.

This hotel is the worst by far we have stayed in. Staff was rude, discourteous, lazy (you get the picture).
The room we stayed in was so nasty and hairy i had to go to the store for disinfectant.The cleaning crew needs a refresher course in what is considered clean to the average person. Nuts under the sheets, hair in the tub, unclean floors, ...

Unfortunately the night that we stayed at the hotel the parking lot flooded. It is fully understood that the hotel management does not have control over the weather, but the way that they handled the situation was completely unacceptable. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and never made attempt to alert guest of the situation, this made the stay unpleasant.
