Don't pick room 105 & other rooms on #100s, etc. during winter. It's located on a lower level, where the downhill road were not properly salted and plowed. It's hard get in and out of it. We had a great experiance, when we arrived we were upgraded to the romace suites with no extra charge. the room was very clean. the staff was great! the hotel is very close to everything, we will be staying here from now on when we visit lake tahoe as we are tehre 2 a year!

Clean rooms, good service, stuff very friendly and average price during peak season (skiing). The complimentary continental breakfast helps a lot when you have rush to get an early start on the slopes. Very close to the newly renovated Heavenly Village-Gondola.

Excellent location in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to Heavenly. Very clean room and bathroom - good decor. Very good value for money.

Possible improvements: Soft beds are somewhat uncomfortable. A newer TV would be good.

Spent 5 enjoyable days at this hotel. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, along with an excellent continental breakfast. Close to all attractions in CA as well as NV. Very pleasant experience!!!

Hard to get to. Not favorable for children. Far from everything.

Am offended that was unable to cancel when I found out how far from wedding area this was. Was told it was a block away and it was a total of 1 mile away. Very hard to walk back and forth with 3 year old child. Wish was more honest and wish under the circumstances was allowed to cancel to move closer to reason was in Tahoe. Very disappointed.

It was really nice to stay on the California side....NO SMOKING! The hotel is right accross the street from the Village, an easy one mile drive or bus ride from the California Lodge at Heavenly. The rooms are very clean and it is well taken care of.

Helpful staff, right across from food and grocery, 4 blks to casinos - easy walk. Buses available for a fee to and from casinos until late at night.

Hotel was very nice. Conveniently located to Heavenly and casinos. Nice rooms and friendly helpful staff. Elevator was not working which was a bit of a hastle walking to third floor. Walls decent thickness not excessive noise.
