I stayed in a spa suite. The bed was awesome the tv stand was cool. However, it was a tube and not an LCD. The shower was big and the spa was pretty sweet. I liked how the curtains could close with a push of a button. I loved the buffet. We went on Wed and Thurs so dinner and breakfast were at an excellent price. It was close to everything. I got my room at a decent price so I enjoyed my stay a lot.

With my first visit to Eldorado I was excited as we walked into the Casino, we got checked in and the rooms were nice, but nothing to write home about. I've been coming to the Eldorado for 12 years but this is my last stay. To be fair it has it's good points. Check in is a breeze. Valet and bell desk is top notch, especially if you tip them. Room service is fast and reasonably priced.

Now the bad. The coffee shop is closed two nights a week. Knowing this I went to the buffet and tried ...

Out of all of the hotels in Reno, the ED is the best by far. Large and clean rooms make the stay wonderful.

Spent the extra $ and stayed on the 20th floor. Great room, amenities, excellent staff. Convenient with the three casinos interconnected - Circus Circus, Silver Legacy, and Eldorado. Would definitely stay here again. Had absolutely no problems.

It truly is the small city that never sleeps.. Amazing place with plenty to do at all times. Stayed on a Sunday and the rates were very cheap for the most amazing room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Note:
They do charge for internet and do not move items in the fridge.. its an automatic charge! And the long distance rates are through the roof!

The Eldorado hotel was a great place to stay - beds are very comfortable and restaurants were a delight to eat. There is plenty of security which I felt comfortable with and hotel has excellent service and very clean. I will certainly go back to this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right in the center of reno and the service is good. They have a nice pool on the fifth floor and they have nice shows. The security is good, to go even to the elevators to the rooms you need to show the rooms key. Is very accesible and is connected with Silver Legacy and Circus Circus. There's a lot of nice resturants.

Upon check-in, the young man at the desk wasn't rude, but he wasn't friendly or welcoming either. He didn't crack a hint of a smile while I was checking in but he did engage in animated conversation with his co-worker (checked in around 5:30 pm on 7/4/08).
