Lovely room until you looked closely. The bedside tables hadn't been moved for weeks and the floor was very dusty underneath them. If one had an allergy to dust, it might be bad. WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THIS RESORT, WAS THAT IT FELT COMFORTABLE LAST MINUTE OUR 14 YR OLD ENDED GOING W/ US AND ENJOYED HIS STAY. OVER ALL THE STAFF,LOCATION, OUR STAY WAS GOOD. OUR PLANS TO RETURN ARE LIKELY.

It was a simply elegant. Everything I had dreamed of. I had a wedding at the cutiest intimate Wedding Chapel inside Alexis Park and was just plan happy with the entire experience. It's a new Wedding Chapel and we were the first couple married in it. So very romantic with the red roses and white calla lilys. A water fountian and a staff that made us at ease. Thank You all

I liked the price. It sure looked like I got a great deal from the pictures. Then we arrived. I thought the grounds were fairly well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a whirlpool tub in the room that took nearly 2.5 hours to fill due to pathetic water flow. The shower was a roller coaster of hot/cold, hot/cold. If they fix the water issues. I would go back. The onsite restaurant has good food for a reasonable price too.

I HAVE TO SAY WITH THE A/C NOT WORKING, THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF ESPECIALY THE SECURITY WHO CONSTANTLY BOTHERED ME BECAUSE I AM BLACK, THEY MUST HAVE ASKED ME 25 TIMES IF I WERE A GUEST, A FRIEND OF MINE HAD ONE OF THEIR SECURITY WALK INTO HIS ROOM AND CUSS HIM OUT AND RUN OUT OF THE ROOM
THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL EVER, ROOM SERVICE DIDNT ANSWER THE TELEPHONE, ONCE THEY DID MY FOOD WAS ALL COLD

We will never return. We were told that our room would sleep 4. There was only 1 king sized bed. They were out of roll aways. Our kids slept on the floor for 5 nights.

First off we waited in line for over 1hr after arriving at 11pm. There were many very upset people in the lobby so we figured something was wrong. Once we finally got to the desk we were told that they had accidently oversold the rooms and none were available but that they had reserved a rooms at The Knights Inn. They did not seem to care at all ...

I didn't really like anything much about this "resort." The rooms are not suites - they are about the size of a double room at a hotel, the area with the bed is not enclosed or separated from the rest of the room, there is only 1 TV with very poor channel selection. The furniture was worn and not comfortable. The tub was stained ...

The staff were pleasant and helpful. A GREAT place to take the family if you are looking to get away from the Vegas limelight. No gambling, breathable lobby, great drinks and I feel in love with my suite. Its was much more than what I had expected. The 3 pools were a plus.
