On arrival immediately approach by sales floor sharks for PH several times. When finally in room no coffee marker, microwave or refrigerator. A refrigerator cost $25 a day and internet $14 per day. All these assescories appeared to be free with room online.

My daughter lives in Vegas and chose Planet Hollywood to get married at. The entire family got discounts and stood at the Hotel. We had a great time and the service was great. The suite that the reception was held in had a spectacular view. The casino is among one of the best that I have visited. Planet Hollywood is within walking distance to Major Hotels and Casinos. They also have plenty of shoppes to satisfy everyone.

Service and cleanliness really need huge improvement. They charge a resort fee and with that they provide 2 bottles of water and a daily paper. They only provide these items sometimes. We didn't stay at the planet hollywood but the service at one of the clubs was horrible. it felt like they were racist or something. the worst experience i have encountered at any club in vegas. would not recommend it to anyone. i would not even stay there. i wanted to stay there but not anymore!!

location was great ,night life was amazing and the room was nice.
Front desk agent was not really helpful ,she was not even paying attention to us when check in talking to some friend.
But over all experinece the hotel was great.

I Stayed there last month and it was GREAT!!! it was very clean staff was helpful, room was always clean, great location on the strip, shows and club were excellent . Most defiantly going to stay here again!!!!!
