Well I dont know who to believe, you got 3 reviews saying this place is a dive in the hole, then you got 3 people who are saying the complete opposite!!

OK, I didn't actually see any rats, but they would have felt at home here. The paint was pealing off the walls, the sink was hanging half way off the bathroom wall. It was AWFUL ! The was junk motorcycle and a beat up shopping cart nearly in front of my room door. Stay away from this place ! Run Away This place was unclean, poorly maintained, and didn't make me feel safe or comfortable at all !

best place to stay in downtown grand island.good price for the rooms. weekly & nightly rate available. new mattress and all rms with micro/refrigater/ cable with HBO.i would stay again at this motel for their good price.
