They reduced my cost due to being a senior - age 66 - and upgraded my room, to be with the others in my party! The staff were friendly and efficient - very professional. The hotel immaculate. This Marriott equaled the Marriott World Center that I stayed in, in Orlando Florida this summer. The manangement and this company are doing everything right to be very competetive, and customer oriented!!
My girlfriend and I stayed at this Marriott for a weekend and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent.
I have stayed at many Marriott hotels before and for the price we paid ($199/night), the room quality at this location was poor. The bathtub needed to be caulked and had mold on the tiles. The bathroom floor did not look clean or needed to be bleached. On the upside, the bed was very comfortable and seemed clean. The staff was also friendly, as with all the other Marriotts I have been to.
Not a typical Marriott. Needs updated and aggresive managment to change perception and service. This hotel shold be first in Omaha as are most Marriotts in the system and where I travel
I stayed for just 1 night in a business trip in late March. The room was small and old-decorated. Many facilities required upgrade or renovation. I paid the high business rate (probably the highest rate posted in Omaha, NE) but the hotel barely met an upscale motel standard. The worst Marriott Hotels & Resorts I ever stayed.
