stayed in the wedding suite, the hot tub/jacuzzi in room had faulty drain,
almost was late to wedding ebcause of poor customer service at front desk, dead bugs in the room.

The Tv did not get a clear picture, channels snowy, because of check in delay, bride had to get ready at a differant hotel. Outside hotel people smoking on balcony outside room. overpriced, bad service, no maintainance on weekend.

I loved Ruby's. It is truly an outstanding place. The rooms were great and very comfortable, and the staff was great. Every time i go to Montana i look forward to staying there because i dont have to worry about anything. So i would definitly recomend Ruby's to anyone that is staying in Montana you will not regret it.

We felt the room was well worth the money. We had a pet with and appreciated that Ruby's took pets. That's the reason we went there initially. The breakfast was good as well. We would not hesitate to go back.

My mother and I read so many great reviews here on yahoo and we were so disappointed! We thought we got a great deal on a nice hotel but we will never go back. Ruby's is a motel and not an inn and the outside gives you a good impression of what the inside will be. The floors were filthy, the beds were hard, and the deadbult on the door did not ...

We stop at Ruby's every year on our way out to Seattle. Always feel we are at home when we arrive. The soup and popcorn that is waiting in the evening and the breakfast is the best! Love the large rooms they have available too.

Very comfortable, clean, they take pets, and breakfast was very good with a good variety. There is a great area in the back with trees, etc. which my dog enjoyed. Did not get to use the pool.

Great breakfast, beats anything chains have to offer. Worked with us when we had a family emergency and moved us to rooms when they were full. I can't say enough about their front desk staff! Kind, caring and thoughtful. The pool was great for the kids, the rooms were very nice, too.

We found Ruby's to be an absoulutely delightful place to stay. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean with one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've encountered. The hot breakfast was delicious and continuously stocked. The soup, popcorn and brownies in the evening were such a nice touch. They are located right beside a creek, it's a beautiful location. I won't stay anywhere else in Missoula.
