  • a real bust

    i would'nt normally give a bad review but averills is nice but there are much nicer places for the money. after we arrived we did some looking around and the ranch is nice and offers horseback trips and other activities but for a more relaxing trip with great veiws try the swan lake area only 15 min. outside bigfork

    June 2007 was our first visit to the Lodge. We had a wonderful time and as we were leaving my two children (13 and 9) and my husband asked to make our reservation for the following year.

    Flathead Lake Lodge is a great place for the entire family. There is always something to do for everyone. We rarely return to the same place to vacation, but have been going to Flathead Lake Lodge for 4 years now.

    I received poor service here. We paid over 2,300 hundred dollars per week per adult but there were many hidden charges at this "All Inclusive" ranch. Bike rental $85.00, charge for soft drinks, extra, a ride from the airport on a dirty bus with a broken windshield and a driver who kept running outside the bounds of the road markers-extra. ...

    Our family looked forward to this vacation for nearly a year. We were horribly disappointed to find our cabin dirty with soiled carpet, a thick layer of dust on the furniture, worn bedclothes and a leaky tub faucet that management was unable to repair.
