Nice hotel, good for the money. Good location and very friendly people.

One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in - new or old! Even stairwells are spotless. Very cute and comfortable. Local phones and internet are free. Wireless would be a nice touch.

People were very nice, excellent location, nice rooms. Lacked in appearance, but good value. Would stay there again and do recommend it.

First of all, the staff was GREAT! The location was perfect and the rates were very reasonable. The hotel was always kept very clean and presentable. We have already talked about booking another weekend in KC with that wonderful hotel. Thank you!

Renovation looks great...room rates are a bargain for the area. Service is good too. Even met the owner who helped me with my bags! I will return.

Able to walk to Westport & the Plaza easy...adjacent to a great neighborhood (one street east) for walking and a museum is just around the corner. Being able to have my dog with me was a delight as was the work-out room downstairs. Thanks Seville!! Jack Cochran

Central location with easy access to downtown was best advantage. Rooms were clean. Parking off street behind biuilding was somewhat cramped yet sufficiently private.
