We live in Kansas and go to KC for a little get away once in a while. The ONLY place we stay is the Hyatt! Love it love it love it. You can's stay there and not eat at Skies! Wonderful experience!

Many choices in ammentities. Great room service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Classy. Most comfortable bed I ever slept in ! Over all terrific experiance.

The service was lacking at this hotel, and I think it's just because they had too many guests and not enough staff. To talk to anyone at the front desk it usually took about 15 minutes. My wife and I spent our wedding night at this hotel and loved it. We were on the 40th floor and had a great view of the Kansas City skyline. Service was great from the start with the desk clerk and we were offered a free bottle of champagne to celebrate that night. The rooms were nicely decorated, the hotel was immaculate, and the whole experience was outstanding. This is easily KC's best hotel and I'd highly recommend it.

I liked the atmosphere, and the staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was also very clean. The resturant had a nice variety of foods and the prices were ok. The rooms were very spacious and the view was great!!

Spending an evening in Kansas City, we choose to stay in this great hotel and location. Everything was wonderful. The rooms were clean, and hotel management was very helpful with any distubances that might arise. I would reccommend this location to anyone wanting a nights stay in the middle of Kansas City and great atmosphere.

Nice decor and atmosphere. Held a nice conference here. Rooms have nice space and beautiful views of the city. Shops are fun to browse and have nice stuff.

It has a great location. The service is wonderful. We had a really good time staying in the heart of Kansas City. My husband and I will be sure to visit and stay at this location over and over again.
