Great!!I was very pleased with our room. It was clean and looked very nice for the price. I was actualy shocked that it was as nice as it turned out to be. The price had me septacle at first but they could've charged more. The pool was heated and the hot tub is nice. Only good thing is the poolIt has a excellent pool when kept clean.
The rest of the hotel is dirty, service poor, workers unconcerned and extremely rude.

Bad isn't the word for it!This was the worst place ever. From the moment we walked in it was nasty. Not a bad placeWe chose this hotel because of it's location between the mall and downtown St. Louis, without actually staying in St. Louis.

Cold Shower would be betterTried it because of price difference with Hampton Inn behind it.
BIG MISTAKE. Got up to shower, it did not work AT ALL.
No adjustment, just a 'sorry' at the desk.
NO COFFEE, NO CONTINENTAL breakfast 'til the restaurant opens at 7 a.m. Sit down and wait!

Shuttle service to airportEverything was fine upon the stay and the shuttle to the airport. However, upon returning I used the phone at the airport to call and ask for them to pick me up from the airport and to the hotel to pick up my car. I waited, and waited, and waited.
