Shabby Chic it's not - just shabby!!

We saw the inn resident when we checked in and when we checked out. The breakfast (weekends only) was a single-serve box of cereal. We ate at McDonald's instead. The ice machine wasn't working. There's no access to a kitchen for drinks, water, ice, etc. The bed was comfortable; however, the comforter had blood stains on it - ...
The Oliver-Britt House is beautiful. It's about 100 years old and is a wonderful reminder of the way houses used to be built. It promotes the old-time feel while the rooms contain TV's and phones. The claw-footed tub is large and unique. It is located within walking distance of the downtown area and the atmosphere is splendid.
