Rooms were clean and well maintained. Not only do they have a great breakfast evenings they have free beer and snacks. what a nice surprise after a whole day of meetings.

The best thing about this hotel is its staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where I have been made to feel more welcome. In addition, the rooms are nice and breakfast fresh and plentiful. We go to Jackson now and then, and we have definately found a new home at this hotel.

I have been staying at this hotel consistantly for several years. It has always been maintained well and probably has the friendliest and most attentive employees. The rooms are well appointed and tasteful---- I travel alot and overall this is one of the best hotels I stay at. If you're ever in Jackson, MS-- definately should stay there.

Bed bugs or something in the rooms!!!!!!!!!!! This hotel really went downhill since we stayed there in the spring. Not as clean, workers not as nice. Don't know what happened but we had a totally different experience this time versus the past 6 stays. There is usually a group of us that stay at a time and some of us will not be back. Don't think that would bother them anyway - they really don't value their guest.

The personnel were exceptional. They were quick to resolve issues, and responded well to special requests. This include all employees from the manager to front desk clerks and housekeeping. I give this hotel thumbs up!

Very friendly service and very accommodating. Arrived early -- about an hour before check-in time. Allowed us to wait in sitting area in lobby while our rooms were prepared for us and then allowed us to check in early.

The sheet was dirty, it had hair on it. the parking was far away from the hotel. it should not be ranked as 3 start. a 2 star is more suitable, but the location is great.
