What I like about the hotel is that the pictures on the internet were very true the room looked great, my family and I were very pleased with the accomodations. The one thing I didn't like is that I did not know construction was going on around the building ,it was a little dusty but overall it was a great weeknd and I would stay here again.

The staff of this hotel are extremely rude and no at all hospitable. What ever happened to treating a guest well? I would never stay here again.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Minneapolis expecting excellence and was not disappointed. The cost was relatively low in comparison to the quality of the service/comfort.
