Good location, price. Queen bed looked closer to a full size to me. Sheets were thread bare and blanket had holes in it. Amenities were good. Items (some valuable) were left in room and were undisturbed when we returned. Front desk attendants were polite and helpful. Fitness room consists of two treadmills and an elliptical trainer.

Very nice,quiet, clean, safe place, easy parking with good lighting in the lot. Convenient location to the Mayo clinic. A nice place to relax after a visit to the Mayo or for business trip. Courteous employees. A tasty continental breakfast was served also.

The outside of the building looks clean, but the inside is a little grimy. The staff was very friendly and helpful knew directions to various local attractions. The rooms were large and well-equipped, except there could have been more lighting. Pool is neat and clean, gameroom machines did not work well. Good quality for the price. Good selection on breakfast items. I would stay here again. Yard was kept up and picnic tables were available.
