I was a bit apprehensive about my anniversary stay at the Embassy Suites St. Paul after reading a few harsh reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.

First of all, while there is a parking fee of $10, it does seem in place due to the location in downtown and to deter people from parking there to go elsewhere.

Sure the ducks were nice, but I'd be more impressed with a hotel parking lot, that you pay for, have enough spots for ALL the guests. The breakfast was ok, but I've stayed in hotels were the guests could walk through a buffet faster and have better food. Overall I'd say the place was ok but way over priced.

My husband, 2 sons, and I stayed for the fist time in this Embassy Suites in December and we loved it.
Nice to have extra space for the kids, the staff and manager were all so kind. we were very comfortable and we felt welcome. We will be back. We have stayed at many hotels and this one is at the top!

Everything about this place is horrible. The moment you arrive you can't even park or unload your luggage- not good service. Management never will call you back to say any words of appology.

While the location is convenient to downtown the parking situation is less than ideal. The atrium is lovely, the rooms are not. IT all good keep up the good work

I liked the location and free made to order breakfast in the morning. I also loved the free shuttle to Mall of America. I didn't like the crumbling tile in the bathroom.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I will never go back to this place again. The management was horrible, especially accounting. The front desk staff was excellent, however.

I also will never tell anyone to stay here on a weekend. The parking lot needs more space. There are no spots for guests to even pull in with luggage or park when you are paying for a room. The hotel ...

In the plus side, the staff was friendly, location was good and the breakfast available was great. The sports bar located in the hotel was reasonable and had good food.
